1 Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("you" or "user") of the rbaja platform and its services. By accessing the rbaja.cam website, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you believe your account is being accessed without authorisation, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

rbaja may at any time request identity documents (NID / passport), proof of address, or other documents for account verification. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified time may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

rbaja supports transactions through all popular mobile banking and banking services in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is approved.

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (25x), meaning the bonus funds must be wagered 25 times before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses apply to specific games only — please refer to the details of each offer.
• A user may not participate in the same promotion more than once.
• Any misuse of bonuses will result in forfeiture.
• rbaja reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses will be automatically added to the balance within the account.
